Can I select the wine I send?
We carefully curate an Australia wine each weekday comprising of a white and red wine. All you need to think about is whether a red or white will be preferred by the recipient. Have no clue? Send both!
How are the wines selected?
Our resident sommelier works with both some of Australias largest as well as more boutique vineyards handpicking high quality wines for gifting. Two In Hand Wines are represent great value and a premium drinking experience. Our mission is to support the Australian wine industry, which we believe produces some of the best wines in the world!
What happens if you run out of stock?
If the wine advertised is out of stock, we will replace it with the next product selected to be featured on Two In Hand Wines. If you have ordered a twin pack then we will substitute both wines, as each twin pack contains a red and white from the same vineyard
What are my gifting options?
You can gift either a bottle of red, a bottle of white or a twin pack with both.
What if I do not enter a personalised message?
If you do not leave a personalised message or forget to - we will generate a generic message to be sent with the gift.

When is the wine of the day updated?
The wine of the day will be updated each morning, for purchase that day. Our Friday wine of the day, if ordered before midday can be delivered in Sydney metropolitan that same day, with all other orders delivered the following Monday. All wines ordered over the weekend will be delivered the following Monday too.
What days do you operate?
We deliver our wines every week day, except on public holidays and over Christmas and New Year. We will also operate on certain holidays that fall on weekends, such as Mothers’ Day, but we will remind you of this in advance. As we’re an online business, you can pre order wines at any time.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver same day to Sydney & Sydney Metro if orders are received by 12PM. We can also send interstate - please contact our team directly for delivery timeframes. Unfortunately, we do not deliver overseas.
Who will deliver my product?
The products are delivered by professional couriers who deliver in Sydney CBD, Sydney metropolitan areas and interstate. Wines can only be received by people over the age of 18.
What time will my wines be delivered? Can I have them delivered at a certain time?
The majority of our deliveries arrive between 2:00PM and 5:00PM to coincide with office hours. We can deliver in the morning for next day delivery. We are unable to guarantee specific time requests.
How do I find out when my gift has been delivered?
Once your product has been shipped we will receive a dispatch and tracking number from our couriers. This will be emailed to you.
What happens if the gift breaks in transit?
If the gift breaks in transit, please contact us immediately and we will resend a replacement bottle.
What if I enter the wrong address when ordering?
We want your friends to receive their wine, so please triple check their address before ordering - this includes the unit or apartment number. Provide us with as much information as possible to help us achieve a successful delivery.
If no one answers the door, we have no way of knowing that the address is wrong so the delivery will be left at the address listed on the order.
If you need to change your recipient’s address or any other order details, please contact us by 9AM on the day your order is due to be delivered. Feel free to contact us up until 11:30AM, however we cannot guarantee any changes after 9AM because your order may already be on the road.
