If you provide us with the wrong address and we find out during delivery - i.e. someone answers the door to let us know, we will contact you and attempt a same-day redelivery within the same suburb at no additional cost. Unfortunately, our delivery drivers have other deliveries and operate on a tight schedule so we cannot send them too far off track.

If no one answers the door, we have no way of knowing that the address is wrong so the delivery will be left at the address listed on the order.

If you need to change your recipient’s address or any other order details, please contact us by 9AM on the day your order is due to be delivered. Feel free to contact us up until 11:30AM, however we cannot guarantee any changes after 9AM because your order may already be on the road.
